This Sears JC Higgins is in need of repair bad. We stripped off all the finish on the wood, applied whiting to remove years of soaked in oil, removed the finish from the barrel and reblued the barrel. We’re going to go with a Tung Oil finish for this old classic bolt action shotgun.
