This Winchester Model 67 .22 single shot rifle was produced with the smooth bore option. They made a lot of these firearms and this one was most likely produced in 1934. There are some key indicators that it was made that year, mainly the chrome trigger, hand grooves in the stock and smooth bore option. I reblued the barrel and some of the other steel, and refinished the stock with a traditional linseed oil. I’m excited with how it is turning out. It required a great deal of whiting to pull out oil and dirt from the wood.
